Privacy Policy
Loose Pages is operated by Huanjiao Qiu, trading as ReachTheEnd Studio (“we”). This policy explains the information processed by the app and cloud service and the controls available to you.
Information we process
- The email address you provide when registering, plus account identifiers and email shared with your permission by sign-in providers such as Apple or Google.
- Email-login passwords are stored only as strong, one-way salted hashes. We do not store or display plaintext passwords.
- Sessions, installation identifiers, platform and optional device name used to keep you signed in.
- When notifications are enabled, the installation identifier, platform, language, app version and an encrypted push registration identifier (Android FID or iOS device token) tied to the current signed-in session. Notifications are delivered by Apple or Google push services.
- Necessary purchase references, store transaction status and story entitlements. We do not store complete payment-card details.
- Request identifiers, network and error logs used to secure and operate the service.
Help and feedback
Only when you tap Send feedback do we receive your comment, selected screenshots, app name and version, OS version and interface language. No sign-in is required; no account or purchase credentials are attached. Feedback is sent over HTTPS and kept in private Fly/Tigris storage for troubleshooting and product improvement, not advertising. Do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information. To request deletion, contact support with the app name, approximate submission time and feedback details so we can locate it. Feedback is retained while resolving the issue and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or de-identified.
Data on your device
Reading progress, saves and reading preferences are stored on your device by default. They are not used for advertising profiles unless a future feature is clearly disclosed and any required consent is obtained.
Analytics and diagnostics
Builds configured for reporting send usage events, crash reports or performance diagnostics through Google Firebase. These may include screen and story identifiers, action results, timings, device and operating-system versions, installation identifiers and crash stacks. The app does not deliberately attach story text, saves, account credentials or payment receipts. Contact us to request deletion of previously uploaded reports. Builds without a reporting service do not upload this data.
Use and sharing
We use information to authenticate you, restore purchases, deliver owned content, send app notifications you allow, prevent fraud, secure the service and provide support. We share only what is necessary with cloud, identity, push and app-store providers that perform those functions. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Necessary account and purchase records are retained while your account exists. Account deletion removes identity links, revokes active sessions and anonymizes the account. Transaction records required by law or financial audit may be retained.
Your choices
