Delete your account

Delete immediately in the app or submit a request from this page.

Delete in the app

Open Settings → Account, sign in, then choose Delete Account and confirm. This revokes sessions, removes identity links and anonymizes the account.

Can’t open the app?

Send the request from the email address used for the account. To prevent malicious deletion, we may ask you to prove account ownership again. Never email a password, complete receipt or payment-card details.

Request deletion by email

Deleting the account does not erase store transaction records controlled by Apple or Google. Records required by law may be retained, but cannot be used to sign in.
